BABOR is a professional skincare brand that boasts over 60 years of industry experience. Their products have been endorsed by dermatological experts worldwide, and the brand operates with a strong focus on sustainability. In February of this year, they launched a new and improved cleansing collection. This collection features new, clean, and even more effective formulas with up to 99.7% natural ingredients, as well as eco-conscious packaging. For the launch, BABOR sought to create an exclusive event where participants could test the products in an environment that would reflect the brand’s image.
Solution
EKPR organized a luxurious overstay event in collaboration with The Lamp Hotel & Spa to launch BABOR’s new cleansing collection. The Lamp, an exclusive and contemporary boutique hotel in Norrköping, is renowned for its opulent spa, considered to be the best in Sweden. EKPR invited 20 carefully selected influencers and journalists from the beauty, interior, and lifestyle industries to attend the event.
The event commenced with a delightful lunch in the hotel lounge, followed by a presentation by BABOR’s staff, allowing the attendees to test the products themselves. The afternoon was spent indulging in the spa experience, where the participants were free to explore the various products on offer.
Upon checking into their rooms, the participants received a goodie bag filled with BABOR’s cleansing collection, as a token of appreciation. The day culminated with an exquisite Asian fusion dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, providing a perfect conclusion to the luxurious event.
Results
The aim of the event was to boost BABOR’s visibility and increase brand awareness of its new cleansing collection. The event was a resounding success, as the attendees greatly appreciated the opportunity to gain a better understanding of the brand and its products. With the enthusiastic participation of the attendees, BABOR achieved excellent visibility across social media and the press.
